Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NexVoca AI platform and our LiveChat integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Enterprise License & API Usage

NexVoca AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our automation ecosystem strictly via the LiveChat Developer API. Abuse of the API or attempts to reverse-engineer our automation logic will result in immediate termination of services.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive for a 99.8% uptime. However, NexVoca AI acts as a middleware relying on LiveChat's infrastructure. We are not liable for downtimes originating from LiveChat, Telegram, or Slack API outages.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the European Union and international corporate standards. NexVoca Global Systems reserves the right to update these terms at any given time.
